Job Description
The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all technical and logistical aspects of high-profile news and special events coverage across the network. This includes breaking news, major political events (primaries, conventions, debates, election night), presidential or high-profile funerals, state ceremonies, sporting event coverage, and cultural milestones such as award shows. The candidate must have deep knowledge and experience in managing remote site production, supervising crews, coordinating vendors and facilities, and ensuring flawless execution of live broadcasts across multiple platforms. This role is pivotal in bridging editorial, engineering, operations, and production teams.
