    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Production Manager – Plumbing to oversee and drive our new construction plumbing operations in Jacksonville, Florida. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring project efficiency, quality workmanship, and adherence to construction timelines. The ideal candidate will bring experience in new construction plumbing and have a strong background in managing crews, coordinating with project stakeholders, and driving operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    Oversee the bidding, planning, scheduling, and execution of plumbing installations for new construction projects.

    Manage field crews, ensuring high-quality work and compliance with safety regulations.

    Monitor project budgets, material usage, and labor productivity to ensure cost-effectiveness.

    Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations.

    Conduct site inspections to ensure plumbing systems meet local codes and company standards.

    Implement workflow improvements to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.

    Lead and mentor plumbing teams, ensuring training and development in industry best practices.

    Address challenges proactively, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution.

    Qualifications & Experience

    Demonstrated leadership experience in new construction plumbing.

    Proven track record in production management or supervisory roles within the plumbing industry.

    Strong understanding of plumbing systems, installation techniques, and local building codes.

    Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.

    Leadership skills to oversee teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

    Proficiency in project scheduling software and reporting tools is a plus - Builder Trend.
