Summary of Responsibilities

We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Production Manager who can thrive in a dynamic environment. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the liaison between our design team and production operations, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication with clients, trade partners, and team members.

Essential Functions

• Attend and manage trade walk-through meetings, post walk-through meetings, and project handoff meetings
• Run the weekly production meetings with design team and project managers
• Support the design team by assisting with estimates, providing construction expertise, and collaborating on pricing
• Oversee project managers and carpenters, ensuring schedules are maintained and conflicts resolved
  
• Help coordinate material take-offs and verify design pack documentation
• Monitor job progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure projects stay on track
• Participate in project autopsies to identify improvement opportunities
• Review and approve expenses, change orders, and project documentation
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring trades and team members
• Visit job sites to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

• 3+ years of successful production management / project management experience in residential remodeling
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Builder Trend software preferred (training provided if needed)
• Excellent computer literacy including proficiency with Word, Excel, and email
• Knowledge of residential construction, including framing, structure, and material requirements
• Ability to read and understand construction documents
• Lead paint certification preferred (training provided if needed)
• Strong communication skills with team members, trades, and clients
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation 

• Full-time, salaried position
• Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Some Saturday availability required (primarily on-call for trade support)
• Company vehicle provided
• Competitive salary ($80,000-$90,000 based on experience and qualifications)
