Signarama Jacksonville is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our production team and bring high-quality signage projects to life. What You’ll Do

Lead and manage daily production operations to meet deadlines and exceed quality standards

Collaborate closely with sales and design teams to ensure accurate execution of project specifications

Plan schedules and manage workflow to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery

Train, coach, and mentor production staff on best practices, safety, and craftsmanship

Perform quality control inspections to ensure every product meets Signarama standards

Manage inventory, materials, and equipment for smooth, uninterrupted production

Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste

Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and operational guidelines

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in production management or a similar leadership role within the signage industry

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities

Solid understanding of signage production processes, equipment, and quality standards

Clear and effective communication skills (verbal and written)

Familiarity with design software and modern production technologies is a plus

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional work
