Now we’re opening a new SpeedPro studio in San Francisco -- SpeedPro SF Waterfront -- and we’re looking for a Production Manager who wants to be hands-on, grow their skills, and play a key role in building something from the ground up.

This is a great role for someone who understands graphics files and visual production, enjoys working with their hands, and is excited to learn large-format printing — even if you haven’t done it for years already.

Who This Role Is For

This role is ideal for someone who:

Is comfortable working with graphics files (Illustrator, InDesign, PDFs, templates, etc.)

Enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving

Takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and getting things right

Functions:

Lead the printing and production of client orders

Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print-ready

Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters

Conduct inventory and procurement

Graphic design services (unless outsourced)

Smaller graphic installations

Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio

Vehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveys

Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries

Utilization of CoreBridge software for estimates/quotes

Skills That Matter Most

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Excellent time management and organization

Clear, professional communication with teammates and customers

A team-first attitude and openness to feedback

Customer-service mindset (this is core to SpeedPro’s success)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ideal candidates will also possess:

Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design (or similar program)

Compensation & Benefits

$28–35/hour, based on experience, plus overtime when required
