Overview:
Production leadership opportunity with a large manufacturing operation in the Southeast. Lead multi-shift plant operations, develop frontline teams, partner with maintenance/engineering, and drive safety, performance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Engineering or related technical degree

• 8 years of manufacturing leadership experience

• Experience leading salaried and hourly teams

• Strong plant troubleshooting and operations background

• Continuous improvement and KPI management experience
