Position Requirements

These roles are for machine operators, and prior experience is required. Food Manufacturing Experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Set up, adjust, and operate flow wrapper packaging machines

Configure machine settings and control operating speeds to ensure efficient production

Load packaging film and make necessary adjustments during operation

Inspect and verify film quality, lot codes, and print accuracy

Monitor production to ensure high-quality output and minimal downtime

Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks

Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) at all times

Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures

Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding machine performance or issues
