We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving restoration environment and wants to own the performance of an entire division.
Why this role matters You will be the operational backbone of our Production Division — directly responsible for customer satisfaction, team performance, revenue growth, profitability, and the long-term development of our people. This is not a desk-and-email job. You’ll be in the field, on job sites, coaching your team, solving real problems, and partnering closely with ownership to shape how the business grows.
What you’ll actually do every week
Lead, coach, and develop a team of restoration technicians and project managers — turning good performers into great ones
Set and maintain high standards for quality, safety, documentation, and customer experience
Create and enforce practical systems for equipment care, vehicle maintenance, consumable inventory, and job-site readiness
Identify and fix broken or inefficient processes before they cost us time and money
Keep open, proactive communication flowing between the field team, office, vendors, adjusters, and ownership
Review job performance metrics with the General Manager and Owner — then turn insights into action
Stay current on industry best practices, regulations, and certifications — and help the team level up
You’ll be successful here if you
Have already successfully managed a field/service/production team (ideally 8+ people)
Genuinely enjoy developing people and seeing them grow in skill and confidence
Are comfortable being on job sites or in crawl spaces — you lead from the front when needed
Have strong instincts for what “good” looks like in restoration work (cleaning, mitigation, reconstruction)
Can balance getting today’s jobs done perfectly while building systems that make tomorrow easier
Communicate clearly and directly
Qualifications we value most
5+ years of business operations experience (restoration strongly preferred)
3+ years of direct people management experience
Industry certifications (IICRC, RIA, etc.) are a big plus
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Physical & practical requirements
Able to regularly lift 50 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs with help
Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in all weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
What we offer
Starting pay $65,000+ (depending on experience and proven results)
Health Insurance Partial Reimbursements if you qualify for open enrollment
Paid industry training & certification reimbursement
Tools, uniforms, and all necessary PPE provided
A team-oriented, no-nonsense culture that respects hard work
This is a high-accountability, high-reward position for someone who wants real ownership of a division and the chance to make a visible impact on the business.
