We are seeking a reliable Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations by packaging finished food containers, monitoring product quality, and assisting with basic machine operation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are safely produced, properly packaged, and meet company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Place finished food containers into bags, boxes, or packaging according to company standards
· Inspect products for defects, damage, or contamination to ensure quality requirements are met
· Remove and report any non-conforming products
· Monitor machines during operation and stop equipment if jams or issues occur
· Clear minor jams safely and notify maintenance or supervisors when needed
· Refill and replace raw materials (e.g., aluminum) to keep production running
· Maintain a steady workflow to meet production targets
· Keep work area clean and organized in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
· Follow all safety procedures and food hygiene standards
· Communicate any production or quality issues to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus
· Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
· Dependable and punctual
