Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator for our Chemical Mixing & Blending team on the 3rd shift at our Indianapolis, IN facility. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our chemical products are mixed and blended to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixing and blending equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for chemical mixing and blending processes.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure product consistency and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch numbers and quantities.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in chemical mixing or blending.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
