This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing a job correctly, and can consistently contribute to a steady, team-oriented work environment. Previous compressed gas or welding-industry experience is helpful but not required. We provide hands-on training for the right candidate.

    What You Will Do:

Safely fill high-pressure and low-pressure gas cylinders and liquid containers according to established safety and quality procedures.

Inspect returned cylinders for dents, cracks, burns, damaged valves, and other potential concerns.

Accurately label, tag, document, and prepare cylinders for shipment.

Load and unload cylinders from company vehicles and pallets.

Safely move and position cylinders using proper rolling methods, carts, and other equipment.

Secure cylinders properly during handling, storage, and transportation.

Clean cylinders, remove outdated labels, and perform minor cylinder maintenance.

Read and interpret cylinder labels, markings, color coding, and product information.

Maintain accurate quality-control and cylinder-fill records.

Monitor inventory levels and help maintain sufficient product to meet customer demand.

Assist with specialty gas laboratory and other plant operations as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    What We Are Looking For:

Dependable attendance and the ability to consistently report to work on time

A safety-first mindset and willingness to follow established procedures

Ability to maintain a steady and productive work pace throughout the day

Strong attention to detail when inspecting, filling, labeling, and documenting cylinders

Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team

Willingness to learn about compressed gases, cylinders, and plant operations

Ability to communicate clearly and ask questions when instructions or conditions are unclear

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, forklift, welding-supply, or industrial experience is helpful but not required

    Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Must be able to frequently lift 50–75 pounds.

Must be able to safely maneuver cylinders weighing more than 100 pounds by rolling them or using appropriate carts and equipment.

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods.

Must be comfortable performing repetitive physical work throughout the shift.

Must be able to follow all required safety procedures and wear assigned personal protective equipment.

    What We Offer:

    Consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule

    Hands-on training

    Medical insurance

Paid time off and paid holidays

    401(k) with company match

    Annual safety-shoe allowance

Opportunity to learn industrial and specialty gas operations

Long-term employment opportunity with a stable, locally operated company

This position requires consistent attendance, punctuality, safe work practices, and the ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the scheduled shift. Applicants should carefully review the schedule and physical requirements before applying.
