Role
As a Production Operator (also known as Manufacturing Technician, Production Associate), you'll be at the forefront of innovative technology, operating equipment used in the manufacturing of high-conductance flexible circuits and intelligent wiring systems. You'll also assist with equipment maintenance, inspect raw materials, carry out quality checks, and prepare products for shipment.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in production operations, material handling, or technician role within a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, or weekends as needed. Open to working overtime and changing schedule on short notice.
- Physical ability to perform demanding work for extended periods, including lifting and moving up to 35 pounds without assistance.
- Experience with machine setups for production runs and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
