About ILS Gummies

ILS Gummies is one of the fastest-growing gummy manufacturing companies in North Texas. We run 13 production lines, employ 300+ team members, and manufacture gummies for major brands nationwide. Our operations run 24/5, focused on SQQ — Safety, Quality, Quantity.

We are expanding and building a pool of production candidates to support our growing production floor.

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented Production Team Members to support all stages of gummy manufacturing. In this role, you will assist with the movement of trays, support operators, monitor product quality, and maintain smooth workflow on the production line.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred due to team communication needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support production lines by moving trays, stacking/unstacking, and assisting operators
• Observe gummies for firmness, shape, consistency, and defects
• Assist Hopper and Depositing Operators as needed (no technical experience required — training provided)
• Follow instructions in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
• Communicate clearly with Leads, Supervisors, and fellow team members
• Maintain pace in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

• Must work well in fast-paced, repetitive environments
• Strong reliability and attendance
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training

Pay: $15.00–$18.00/hr (Based on experience & position)

Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities
