Bodenvy (Orlando, FL HQ) is hiring a Production Performance Ad Designer to create high-volume, conversion-minded ad assets for Meta, Google Display, and TikTok.
This is a production volume role (not a “pretty design” role). We win with speed, clarity, iteration, and disciplined offers—shipping lots of variants, learning fast, and improving every week.
Schedule: Mon–Fri in-office (Orlando HQ) + 1 WFH day/week Weekly KPI: 50–70 assets/week (static images, carousels, animated GIFs, light video edits)
What you’ll do
Produce performance ad creatives: statics, carousels, GIFs, and light short-form edits (cuts/text/captions)
Build multiple variants from one concept (hooks, offers, proof, CTA, layouts) and iterate quickly from feedback
Adapt creative to placements: Meta feed vs stories, TikTok formats, and Google display sizes
Maintain clean ops: naming, versioning, organized files, and repeatable production workflows
Keep brand/offer discipline: compliant language, clear claims, and no guarantee language
Keep service-line separation: Weight Loss vs CoolSculpting vs Skin Tightening messaging cannot be mixed
You should be strong at
Fast, mobile-first layout and typography
Direct-response structure: Hook → Offer → Proof → CTA
Variant thinking (10+ versions from one concept without losing clarity)
Taking feedback calmly and shipping updates fast

Portfolio required (read carefully)
Portfolio links must be active and not password-protected (test them before submitting). We only review work made for professional businesses (performance ads/lead gen/ecommerce/local services). Event flyers, raves/party promos, album/CD covers, or personal art projects will not be considered.
You must include:
5 paid ad creatives (Meta/Google/TikTok)
1 carousel (5+ slides)
1 animated GIF or simple motion ad
1 example showing 10+ variants from one concept (explain what changed + why)
