    DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITES

    • Demonstrated knowledge of production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory management principles within a manufacturing environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound business decisions. • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting customer commitments and production deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Project Management teams. • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications. • Demonstrated ability to identify constraints, escalate risks, and develop recovery plans to support on-time delivery performance. • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS AND ABILITIES

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, supply chain planning, materials management, or a related manufacturing planning role. • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred; aerospace manufacturing experience preferred • Experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems for production scheduling, order management, and inventory control. • Demonstrated experience developing production schedules, analyzing capacity constraints, and supporting customer delivery commitments. Experience working in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment preferred.

    · Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred.

    · Equivalent combination of education and relevant Manufacturing planning experience may be considered.

    · CPIM Certification is a plus.

    · Aerospace industry experience preferred.

    · Experience with Epicor ERP or similar ERP systems highly desirable.

    · Familiarity with AS9100 quality systems preferred.

    · Candidate must be highly customer-focused, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a rapidly changing manufacturing environment.

    · Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

    · This position may occasionally require extended hours or weekend support to meet customer and business requirements.
