Job details:

• Testing parts, components, and materials in a quality lab on the production floor.
• Cleanliness and upkeep of all lab equipment.
• Prepares and conducts tests
• Records test results on standardized forms
• Evaluates failed (fractured) samples from testing and field.
• Works closely with engineers on new, critical, and involved test projects.
• Sets up, adjusts and operates laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Input data carefully and print off material tags.
• Operates- Tensile strength machine, cutter, grinding and polishing machines

• Minimum 2 years automotive lab experience with knowledge of equipment and testing automotive materials/parts.
• General computer skills and attention to detail
