Job Title: Production Scheduler

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the flow of production orders from start to finish. Your work will be critical in ensuring we meet our internal goals and deliver exceptional service to our customers by maintaining clear and timely communication on order statuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the production workflow for multiple types of orders (Sales Orders and Service Orders).
- Plan and prioritize daily operations to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
- Monitor and track production orders to ensure on-time completion, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Gather and report on key production metrics (e.g., completed orders, remakes, etc.).
- Maintain real-time order progress tracking using AirTable (or relevant systems).
- Communicate order updates regularly with Customer Care Representatives and Managers to keep customers informed on project statuses.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Bilingual a plus!
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications; experience with AirTable a plus.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Solid understanding of production processes and workflow management in manufacturing.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High energy with the capacity to manage a high volume of transactions efficiently.
- Familiarity with capacity planning, including workforce and equipment allocation.
Reporting Structure: This role will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain
Compensation: $24 - $30 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
