Job Title: Production Scheduler
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to coordinate and optimize workflow across our print production operations. This role requires strong planning skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective communication to ensure on-time delivery and efficient resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability
Coordinate workflow between departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Monitor production progress and proactively address delays or bottlenecks
Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant teams and stakeholders
Ensure optimal use of labor, equipment, and materials
Analyze production data to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce downtime
Responsible for procurement, order supply and maintain invoices for submissions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in production scheduling, planning, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Knowledge in scheduling software & Microsoft Excel a plus
Preferred Skills:
Experience in printing environments a plus
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
