    Production Shift Supervisor

    Pay Range: $28 - $38/hr+ DOE

    Location: Johnstown, CO

    Shift: Day (8 a.m. – 8 p.m.) or Night (8 p.m. - 8 a.m.). 2-2-3

    Job Type: Contract-to-Permanent Hire

    How you’ll spend your time as a Production Shift Supervisor:

    • Lead and motivate a production team.
    • Oversee plastics manufacturing processes and maintain strict quality standards.
    • Manage labeling, packing, and preparation of finished products for shipment.
    • Champion safety, cleanliness, and organization on the production floor.
    • Supervise and support a team of approximately 8 production employees.
    • Work independently while keeping morale high and holding your team accountable to expectations.
    • Assist with machine and computer troubleshooting and basic maintenance.

    Skills & experience we’d like you to have as a Production Shift Supervisor:

    • 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
    • 1+ years of experience as a lead or supervisor.
    • Demonstrated leader with strong communication skills.
    • Passion for technology and learning.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
    • Willingness to complete drug and background screening.
