Production Specialist (Print & Graphics Production Technician)

Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Specialist to join our onsite print production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the printing and graphics industry and be responsible for supporting daily production operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves operating print equipment, processing jobs, and assisting with customer-facing and production support tasks to ensure high-quality output and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce print, scan, and copy jobs according to instructions on ABC Imaging production tickets
• Operate and maintain printing and production equipment , ensuring proper cleaning and routine maintenance
• Assist with inventory management and organization of production supplies
• Support production team members and managers to improve workflow efficiency and job turnaround time
• Provide front counter customer service and job intake support as needed
• Ensure all work meets quality, accuracy, and production standards
• Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and production workflows

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in print production, graphics, or related industry (preferred)
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and other graphics software
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications (InDesign, Publisher, Acrobat, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality production work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with multiple priorities
• Willingness to follow standard operating procedures, safety rules, and workflow processes
• Flexible schedule availability as required by production needs
