As a growing company, we’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Production Specialist to support our field crews and help keep operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role with a lot of variety — perfect for someone who takes pride in staying organized, working efficiently, and being part of a hardworking team.

What You’ll Do

Receive, organize, and manage inventory of fencing materials

Assemble material packages and stage them for installation crews

Keep accurate records of materials used for each project

Coordinate with management and installation teams to maintain job schedules and timelines

Deliver materials to job sites as needed

Assist with on-site installations of gates and small components (occasionally)

Cut, prep, and assemble fence materials

Operate forklifts, saws, and power tools (training provided if needed)

Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized

Load and unload trucks with accuracy and care

Communicate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Comfortable handling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities

Team player with solid communication skills

Prior fence or construction experience is a plus

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stay active throughout the workday

Forklift experience is a plus (not required)

Valid driver’s license required
