To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:
- Coordinate plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives
- Incorporates shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel.
- Enacts contingency plans as needed; escalates and directs activities during systems problems, disasters, etc.
- Identifies potential problems, troubleshoots, escalates issues to management, and participates in analysis of problems providing input for future process improvements.
- Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate conductive to maximize employee morale and productivity
This full-time, salary, role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Operations Manager.
Required experience:
- Analytical Skills and statistical background
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelors Degree or 5 years of experience/training or a combination of both
