Commercial Roofing Superintendent (Production & Reroof)
Location: On-site
Compensation: $60,000 – $90,000 + Full Benefits

Position Overview
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in the field and knows how to run commercial roofing projects the right way. You’ll take full ownership of job sites—leading crews, driving production, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage roofing crews and foremen on active job sites
• Oversee commercial roofing projects including new construction and reroof work
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Conduct safety meetings, site inspections, and enforce OSHA standards
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to keep jobs running efficiently
• Communicate with project managers and provide regular job updates
• Review job documentation, change orders, and close-out paperwork
• Act as the on-site point of contact for customers and stakeholders

What You Bring
• Hands-on experience with commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified, metal)

• Proven leadership experience managing crews and multiple projects
• Strong understanding of safety practices and OSHA compliance

• Ability to read blueprints and specifications
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working at heights and in a physically demanding environment
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel between job sites
