The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role involves operating machinery, handling product, conducting quality checks, and making decisions that support product integrity and compliance with company standards. The Production Supervisor will lead and support production employees during their assigned shift, ensuring effective workflow, communication, and adherence to safety protocols. In addition to production oversight, this position will assist as needed in related areas such as shipping and receiving, packaging, labeling, and quality assurance.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach, and support production staff
Maintain consistent performance and accountability
Oversee production scheduling to achieve on-time delivery and meet quality targets
Monitor KPIs such as productivity, yield, downtime, and labor efficiency
Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Foster a safe work environment and ensure adherence to SOPs and training programs
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years production, manufacturing or operations supervision experience/education
Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated field is a plus
Strong communication and organization skills
Leadership style that’s collaborative, approachable, and team-oriented
