Position Summary

We are seeking a strong, hands-on Production Supervisor / Production Manager to lead production operations in a high-volume manufacturing area. This role is ideal for a people-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable making independent decisions, and is motivated to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, or substantial experience leading teams in a heavily Spanish-speaking environment

• Proven experience managing and leading large production teams (up to 50 employees)

• Strong people leader; technical wood or door manufacturing experience is not required

• Comfortable working independently and making decisions

• Continuous improvement mindset with a drive for change and results

• Highly focused on execution, accountability, and problem-solving

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise up to 50 hourly production employees

• Ensure production orders are completed and shipped on time

• Identify bottlenecks and determine root causes when production falls behind

• Drive corrective actions, process improvements, and operational efficiencies

• Push production orders through the system efficiently

• Maintain accountability, performance standards, and team engagement in a bilingual environment

Business Context

• Multiple manufacturing locations are being consolidated into this facility

• Site headcount is expected to grow to approximately 200 employees

Schedule & Benefits

• Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday

• Overtime: Some Saturdays required

• PTO: Negotiable

• Benefits: Available after 45 days of employment
