Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio area

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred).
• At least 2 years of Food manufacturing experience with Production Floor supervising production processes and equipment operations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot Automated equipment and solve production-related problems.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, SFQ, and Food Safety requirements.
• Lean Manufacturing experience and Continuous Improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily Production Operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and schedule targets.
• Enforce safety programs, conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, Sanitation Standards, food safety requirements, and production specifications to maintain product quality.
• Trains, coaches, and develops employees; provide performance feedback, address team conflicts, and support employee evaluations and disciplinary processes.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring line performance, reducing waste, improving efficiency, coordinating changeovers, and maintaining documentation.
