Job Description:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and manage production staff; handle hiring, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
• Production Planning & Scheduling: Organize and assign tasks, establish priorities, monitor progress, and revise schedules to meet deadlines.
• Process Optimization: Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, implement cost reductions, and improve processes for efficiency.
• Quality Control: Enforce production standards, monitor product quality, and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce safety procedures, conduct training, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Equipment Management: Coordinate equipment maintenance, arrange repairs, and evaluate new techniques.
• Reporting & Communication: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and communicate with upper management and other departments

Shift:

• Night shift 2/2/3 (7pm to 7am)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of Production Supervision experience.
• Highly preferred experience in injection molding OR blow molding.
