Production Supervisor- Manufacturing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and verify product quality of all orders
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on issues that cause downtime and waste, correcting data collection and job specifications as necessary.
• Provide training and development opportunities for new and existing employees.
• Communicate goals and objectives and motivate employees to achieve company standards.
• Coach employees for performance improvement and inform
• Proactively participate in continuous improvement and training initiatives.

Requirements:

• High School (or GED equivalent) required.
• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Leadership abilities to motivate a team and earn the respect
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
