Schedule
• Standard shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Supervisor must be flexible to arrive early or stay late as needed to support operations
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience (managing people, not just tasks)
• Experience in production, quality, and inventory environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to problem-solve and take initiative without waiting for direction
• Comfortable in a hands-on production setting

• Creative and open to new ideas
• Comfortable going to leadership with suggestions for improvement
• A lifelong learner who is always seeking to improve
• “Give me the ball” mentality — proactive, not passive
• Able to clearly express ideas and lead by example
