Title: Production Supervisor
Shift:
1st shift (7am - 3:30pm, M-F), 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm, M-F), weekend shift (6am-6:30pm Fri/Sat/Sun, work 36hrs get paid for 40)
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000
Production Supervisor Role: The Production Supervisor manages equipment, staff, and processes on the production floor to ensure efficient operations. This role oversees scheduling and routine activities while acting as the primary support for troubleshooting issues to meet organizational goals.
Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise facility operations to achieve higher output
Organize training and educational manuals for the production team
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within the facility
Operate, monitor and prioritize tasks to meet production goals
Evaluate various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
Maintain communication between employees and senior executives regarding procedures and policies
Ensure the flow of raw materials and other resources
Create and analyze reports to make informed production decisions
Production Supervisor Reporting Relationships: The candidate will report to The Director of Operations and will oversee the production staff.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, business administration or related fields
Previous experience in production environments
Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
Proficiency with computers and ability to draft reports legibly
Ability to create and adhere to production processes
Excellent organization, communication, leadership and people skills
Strong critical thinking skills and work ethic
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
