    Work Schedule

    Primary Schedule: Friday – Sunday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM 12-hour shifts

    Additional Flexibility

    Monday – Friday production coverage across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with flexibility to work weekends as operational needs require.

    Schedule flexibility is required.

    The Production Supervisor will lead production operations and frontline teams while ensuring that safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, sustainability, and employee morale targets are achieved.

    This role requires a hands-on leader who understands manufacturing equipment, production losses, maintenance fundamentals, and continuous improvement. The Production Supervisor will identify losses, lead Root Cause Analysis, reduce downtime and breakdowns, support autonomous and progressive maintenance standards, and ensure resources are properly allocated throughout the shift.

    The position will also play a key role in shutdown maintenance, loss analysis, breakdown elimination, new product development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems

    Maintaining equipment at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (break-down maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment

    Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma including qualification of AM steps 5-6, and PM step 3

    Leading line teams

    Handling challenging interpersonal situations tactfully

    Influencing people in a union environment

    Communicating effectively verbally and in writing and good attention to detail

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree required.

    3–5 years of manufacturing/production experience.

    1–2+ years of supervisory or production leadership experience.

    Demonstrated experience leading teams of 15+ employees preferred.

    FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Packaging industry experience is required.

    Experience with Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing.

    Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

    Working knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

    Experience with Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and/or Progressive Maintenance (PM).

    Working knowledge of manufacturing safety practices, including LOTO, GMP, and BOS.

    Experience working with production quality systems.

    Exposure to SAP, ERP, or manufacturing information systems.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

    Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Ability to work effectively in a union environment.

    Demonstrated ability to drive measurable operational improvements
