    We are partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented food manufacturing organization to identify several high-potential Production Supervisors to join a large-scale, multi-line production facility in the Midwest.

    The Opportunity

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead frontline production teams in a high-speed, multi-line manufacturing environment
    • Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency metrics
    • Act as a hands-on leader on the floor, staying close to operations
    • Coach and develop employees to build capability and accountability
    • Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, and maintenance
    • Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives
    • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture

    What We’re Looking For

    Experience

    • Early to mid-career leadership experience in manufacturing (food & beverage strongly preferred)
    • Background in large CPG or food manufacturing companies
    • Demonstrated career progression (promotions, increased scope)
    • Exposure to high-volume production and KPI-driven environments

    Leadership Profile

    • Seen as a high-potential leader within current organization
    • Brings positive energy and strong communication skills
    • Trusted by both leadership and frontline teams
    • Track record of going above and beyond expectations
    • Comfortable in a hands-on, floor-based leadership role

    Additional

    • Post-secondary education preferred
    • Bilingual (Spanish/Hmong or other) is a plus
    • Willingness to relocate within the Midwest (relocation support provided)

    Compensation

    80K-90K + bonus + relocation support
