Job Title: Production Support
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Job Summary
Production Support helps process and coordinate electrical and mechanical parts used in the life extension of circuit breakers and contactors. This role supports production quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process electrical and mechanical parts through each stage of production.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Perform sandblasting, silver plating, and basic equipment maintenance after training.
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
- Work with team members to meet daily and project goals.
- Occasionally work extended shifts (up to 12 hours) when needed.
- May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Windows applications).
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Works well in a team and fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking and standing.
- Occasional bending, kneeling, or climbing.
- Lift up to 25 lbs safely.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Technical or industrial experience is a plus.
Compensation
Starting pay $18/hour , with increases based on experience and skill.
