JOB SUMMARY

Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4PM

To review, coordinate and expedite electrical and mechanical parts within the standard flow of production while maintaining quality and on time delivery

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **

• Process electrical and mechanical parts for life extension of circuit breakers and
  contactors, keeping the warehouse area clean and in order.

• Documenting anything that comes/goes through the warehouse.

• Drive as needed (pickup/deliver) from Florida to Georgia as needed.

• Expedite and communicate appropriately when expected delivery dates are missing on the following production statuses:

• Awaiting Assignment/Dispatched to Technician/Being Repaired

• Awaiting Parts/Parts Research/Parts Ordered

• QA Further Evaluation/BER Evaluation

• Assist in data research and fact-finding as required to meet technician monthly performance review, and metric schedule requirements.

• Assist Team Leaders/Technicians with inventory management to and from production processes.

• Will be trained on powder coating and silver plating.

• Bead blasting parts

• Degreasing/washing parts

• Tumbling parts

• Spray painting

• Sweeping and mopping the floors

• Keeping the area clean from pallets and debris

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks (shipping/receiving)

• Delivery / pickup of breakers

**QUALIFICATIONS **

• Strong organizational and management skills are required.

• General knowledge of Windows based software such as: Microsoft Word. Excel and Outlook are beneficial but not essential.

• Must be a team player with a focus on department growth and process improvement.

• Must work well in a team environment with constant interaction amongst the staff.

• Familiar with operating Forklift Trucks, and loading/unloading equipment

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **

• High school or equivalent GED certification.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS **

• Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling

• Frequent walking

• Lifting requirements include frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds

• Driving for periods of time
