Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Support Associates to join a fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Rockford, Ohio. This role supports production operations by assisting machine operators, supplying materials to the line, and ensuring smooth workflow across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various machines and equipment on the production floor
• Fill gaps on production lines during breaks or absences
• Supply production lines with materials (caps, bottles, paste, packaging, etc.)
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and production changeovers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety and quality policies
• Work closely with line operators and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements

• 1–4 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
