About the Role:

Ohio Wire Form & Spring Company is looking for a motivated and dependable Production Team Member to join their manufacturing floor in Columbus, OH. This is a great opportunity to be part of a skilled team that takes pride in crafting high-quality wire forms and springs. Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment on the manufacturing floor

Fabricate wire forms, springs, and related components according to specifications

Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company and customer standards

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance tasks

Meet daily production goals and report any equipment issues to supervisors

Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient workflow

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred

Willingness to read and interpret basic blueprints, work orders, or technical specifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently in a physical, hands-on role

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes

Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
