Production Team Member – Manufacturing / Woodworking

Closets by Design is expanding and adding two dependable individuals to our Production Team.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable company. We invest in training the right people and promote from within.

What You'll Learn & Do

Manufacture custom closet and cabinet components

Operate professional woodworking machinery and production equipment

Assemble and finish high-quality custom products

Learn our product lines and manufacturing process

Follow company safety and quality standards

This is hands-on work where attention to detail and consistency matter.

Experience with woodworking tools or machinery is helpful but not required — we train the right people.

Basic Requirements

Ability to read a tape measure

Basic math skills including fractions

Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs
