Synteen Technical Fabrics, Inc., recently acquired by Maccaferri Inc., is a leading manufacturer of geosynthetic and geotechnical materials used in civil engineering and construction applications. We are actively hiring Production Team Members to join our manufacturing team.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Applicants must be available to work the shift assigned to their position.

What You'll Do

Work as part of a production team in a manufacturing environment

Follow established work instructions and safety procedures

Assist with assembly line operations and product manufacturing

Maintain quality standards and production goals

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Support a safe, clean, and productive work environment

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Reliable and punctual attendance

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed

Strong communication skills

Ability to follow instructions and production processes

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks

Ability to use hands for manufacturing and production activities
