We are seeking a highly skilled Production Tech with delivery experience to join our team!

Job Summary/Objectives of Role • Performing assembly tasks utilizing a variety of tools and machines. • Working within a team to support safety, productivity, and delivery of high-quality products. • Plan, evaluate, set-up runs needed equipment, saws, crimpers, etc. • Review and ensure proper specs of crimps on fitting to hose.

Responsibilities • Measure, cut, assemble, and crimp industrial/hydraulic hose to industry specific. • Tests and checks hose assemblies per shop procedures • Communicate material shortages and/or issues to the production manager. • Properly store and maintain all warehouse tools and equipment. • Ensure a clean and safe warehouse and hose shop area. • Attention to detail to ensure proper assembly and parts used. • Efficiently tag and mark all hoses and ensure they are put in the correct location neatly.

• Operates and maintains all equipment in a safe manner and adheres to all company policies and safety rules.

Required Skills and Education • High School Diploma and/or GED • Strong organizational and communication skills • Attention to detail and observation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Suite. • Must be a team player and motivated to learn with strong desire to take on a new challenge.
