Qualifications
- 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred; seed production experience is a bonus.
- No formal qualifications required; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and using production systems.
- Excellent ability to operate within defined processes while exercising independent judgment when needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability to routinely lift up to 65 lbs and move materials and equipment as required by the job.
- This role involves working in a seed conditioning and packaging facility, which may include exposure to noise, dust, heat, and other environmental conditions.
- Production facility setting with exposure to machinery and seed materials.
- Adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
