    Job Description:

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Production Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the capabilities of our production team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively and safely.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Collaborate with production managers and supervisors to identify training needs and skills gaps within the production team. - Develop comprehensive training programs, including instructional materials, presentations, and hands-on workshops tailored to production processes and equipment. - Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules. - Facilitate training sessions, using a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles. - Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, using feedback and performance metrics to refine and improve training content. - Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and employee progress. - Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in production training and incorporate them into training programs. - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during training activities.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
    - Proven experience as a trainer or coordinator in a production or manufacturing environment. - Experience in the P ** allet Industry strongly preferred** - Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety protocols preferably in the pallet industry - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with people of diverse backgrounds. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to training challenges. - Forklift operator experience required
