Production Upholstery is a job classification that performs bonding, sewing and hardware tasks to produce aircraft interior parts. Must repeatedly produce quality products in an efficient manner while maintaining a high regard for personal safety and health as well as that of co-workers. This is 2nd Shift with a $1.15/hour Shift Differential.

Responsible for the construction of interior panels, which can include cutting, bonding, sewing and performing hardware operations such as drilling, riveting and assembly.
Maintain safe and effective work area/environment and use appropriate personal protective and safety equipment.
Must complete proper paperwork documentation in logs.
Must follow written and oral instructions with little supervision.
Required Experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Frequently lift 25 pounds.
Must be able to grip scissors, rollers, measuring devices, sandpaper, sanders and other hand tools and use them appropriately.
Must be able to use handheld burning tools and heated irons.
Must work in a standing and/or in a seated position.
Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required.
