Available positions:
Production Associates ($15/hour)
- Align and tape film on shirt.
- Ensure alignment matches the order requirements.
- Ensure all order are processed according to production schedule and instructions.
- Basic computer skills; able to use scanner.
Warehouse Associates ($16/hour)
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments (verify quantities and product details against packing slips).
- Report damaged or incorrect items.
- Sort and store inventory in designated locations.
- Forklift driver experience is plus.
Machine Operator ($17/hour)
- Operate cutting and UV printing machines.
- Prepare and check materials and job files before production (acrylic, wood, glass, ceramics, etc.).
- Inspect products and identify issues before printing.
- Ensure all job information is complete and accurate.
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area.
- Basic computer skills required.
Equipment Technician ($18/hour):
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crawl for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds of tools or parts.
- Comfortable working in heat, noise, and confined or elevated spaces.
- 2+ years of experience as a technician servicing equipment relating to printing.
- Previous experience with inkjet printers preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software.
- Able to work non-standard schedules with potential for overtime or after-hours calls.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in high-pressure production environments.
- Occasional domestic/international travel required for equipment training.
