About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will play a key part in crafting custom storage solutions that transform our customers' spaces. If you enjoy hands-on work in a collaborative environment, this position is perfect for you! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Responsibilities:

Process materials to complete projects on time and of the highest quality

Interpret CAD drawings to ensure build plans are being met

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Operate various woodworking and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth production flow.

Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.

Assemble products to meet customer demands

Performa QA checks at various stations

Crosstrain to perform tasks in various zones

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Operate Forklift

Skills:

Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Teamwork and communication skills.

Positive attitude

Willingness to learn new skills.

Organizational skills

Ability to operate wood working machinery but not required.

Time management

Lean Manufactuing experience is a plus but not required

Ability to lift heavy objects, 45+ pounds.

QA experience is a plus but not required.

Experience is using a CNC machine is a plus but not required.
