Location: Kinston, NC Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Pay Rate: $7.25 – $7.75 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Workers / Baggers to join our team in a manufacturing/industrial environment. In this role, you will be responsible for weighing, filling, sealing, labeling, and stacking products in various bag sizes, including bags weighing up to 50 pounds. You will work closely with the production team to help maintain quality standards and meet production goals.

What You’ll Do Bag and package products according to required weights and specifications

Operate bagging and sealing equipment (training provided)

Lift, move, and stack bags weighing up to 50 lbs

Read and follow production orders, labels, and safety instructions

Perform repetitive motions including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift

Inspect products for quality and accuracy

Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members

Follow all workplace safety, sanitation, and company policies

What You Bring

Ability to read and understand written directions and workplace signage

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly

Ability to stand and perform manual work for up to 10-hour shifts

Strong reliability and good work attendance

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Prior production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required

Work Environment

This role is performed in an industrial setting and may involve exposure to:
