    Location: Chesterfield, Missouri

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (day shift)

    Pay: $18/hour

    Status: Full-time (40 hours/week)

    Overtime: May be required based on production needs

    Job Summary ****

    We’re hiring a full-time Production Worker to join our batching team. No experience required—we provide paid, hands-on training.

    This is a physically active role where you’ll measure ingredients, follow batch instructions, and help ensure quality production. If you’re dependable and detail-oriented, this could be a great fit.

    ** What You’ll Do** ****

    • Weigh and measure ingredients using batch sheets
    • Follow step-by-step production instructions
    • Verify materials from the warehouse
    • Record lot numbers and product information
    • Perform quality checks on batches
    • Keep work areas clean and organized

    **Requirements **

    • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
    • Basic math skills (measuring, counting, etc.)
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality
    • Team-oriented mindset

    Physical Demands

    • Lift up to 55 lbs regularly
    • Stand and walk throughout the shift
    • Perform repetitive tasks
