Fabworks is a highly automated sheet metal manufacturer located in Ventura, CA. We are looking for employees to join our team and contribute to all aspects of the production process. This is an entry-level manufacturing role, with lots of room for growth. Shift: • 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Benefits Package: • 401(k) with company matching • Dental partial coverage • Medical partial insurance • Vision coverage • Paid time off benefits • Employee referral program Responsibilities: • Support diverse manufacturing operations, including but not limited to: material preparation, CNC Laser cutter production, quality assurance, and shipping processes • Perform quality inspections throughout each production phase to maintain compliance with company standards • (Optional) Utilize forklift equipment for material storage and transportation as required Qualifications: • Eagerness to learn every aspect of the manufacturing process • Capability to operate basic hand tools and measuring instruments • Physical ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment • Capacity to stand/walk throughout 8-hour shifts Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
