We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Signs Installer Sign Production Assistant. This role involves installing, maintaining, and removing real estate signs at various properties, as well as assisting in the production of custom signage. This is a part-time possibly full time position, depending on past experience If you enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable with hands-on tasks, and have an eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Sign Production Assembly: • Assist in the creation, printing, and assembly of real estate signs and other signs in the shop. • Operate basic sign-making equipment such as vinyl cutters, printers, and laminators. • Prepare and package signs for delivery or installation. • Install, remove, and maintain real estate signs, posts, and riders at various locations. • Ensure all signs are securely installed and positioned for maximum visibility. • Conduct routine checks and repairs on existing signs to maintain a professional appearance. • Maintain accurate records of installations and removals. • Assist in all sign installations if needed. General Duties: • Load and unload signs, posts, and equipment from company vehicles. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace. • Follow safety guidelines when using tools and operating vehicles. • Communicate effectively with the team and clients to ensure timely service. Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. • Basic mechanical skills and experience using hand tools (e.g., drills, hammers, post drivers). • Attention to detail and the ability to follow installation instructions. • Experience in sign production, construction, or a similar field is a plus, but not required. • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. • Experience preferred Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
