As a Production Associate at Image360 Norman, you will be part of a creative and collaborative team passionate about delivering high-quality visual communication solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will be to prepare a variety of products for production, following detailed instructions, operating a variety of machines to customize the products, and installing products, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to safety protocols and company standards. • Monitor the quality of products throughout the production and installation processes and ensure compliance with quality standards. • Load and unload materials to and from machines and other production equipment. • Assist in troubleshooting production issues, making necessary adjustments as needed. • Able to lift at least 60 lbs. • Comfortable on ladders when necessary for indoor and outdoor installations. Qualifications: • US Work Authorization • Education level: High School diploma or equivalent • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations • Ability to work with tight deadlines and handle pressure situations • Previous sign experience is a plus but will teach the right individual Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
