Responsibilities:

Assemble products according to work order specifications and instructions.

Package finished products in accordance with customer and company requirements.

Inspect completed products to ensure quality standards are met.

Read and interpret work orders and customer specifications.

Prepare work by reviewing assembly instructions and job requirements.

Accurately complete production and assembly documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, diverse environment.

Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Dependable and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to meet or exceed piecework production standards.

Experience operating shrink-wrap machines.

Previous shipping or warehouse experience.
